Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,.... It'll run, but it is atad big for a 4.3,.... More for BBCs,.... Even the 350 runs real well on the 9600 Weber/ 1409 Edlebrock carbs,.....

It won't hurt it, but the engine will not be performing the way is should. The carb is too big, and at low speeds, the air velocity through the venturis is too slow to pick up the fuel correctly. You may end up with rough idling, and poor acceleration... (as well as a larger fuel bill)...
