Im going to be in the process of cleaning out and rebuilding my carbs on my 98 evenrude115 intruder v4, what i would like to know is it nessesary to remove the lower cowling to gain access to the lower carbs, the factory manuel doesent realley tell you but the seloc manuel does any help would be greatley appreciated thank you alley mechanic.
