98 5.7 TBI OMC Cobra

I have a 1998 5.7 TBI OMC Cobra 57FCPBYC and I was wondering if anyone would happen to know if this is a roller cam motor and is it a Vortex motor? might need to replace the motor and if so might upgrade...

I just did a search for your model on BRP -- Parts Catalogs and found the lifter to be "3856127 LIFTER, Valve"

From the picture, it's hard to tell but a search on ebay produced the following.

Volvo Penta Roller Valve Lifter 3856127 | eBay

took motor apart and it is a roller cam, roller lifters, no roller rockers. thanks guys.
