'98 Yamaha Tilt & Trim - What is this noise?

When I lower the motor, it makes this squealing grinding noise but I can't figure out where it's coming from??? I thought maybe the motor was hitting the stern bracket so I put a piece of plastic in between the two but that's not it. I also did the same thing where the trim rods meet the motor and still no luck.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Try putting grease on the end of the trim rams, my motor does the same thing, grease does not last very long, but at least you know where it is coming from
