The holes on either side of the foot/leg of my 1999 25hp Mercury 2 stroke that are toward the front and about 6-8 inches above the prop shaft pour water when I use the muffs. Just wondering if that is normal or is water from the pump leaking out on the way up to the engine? Thanks, Cliff
