99 BR 190 listing to port

Greetings, this is my 1st post: My 99 190 BR seems to list too much to port. I know that runabouts are not be perfectly balanced, but I have to sit myself & another adult passenger on the starboard side to level it out. Since it takes over 300 lbs to correct the problem, it seems somewhat excessive.

My setup is: Merc I/O Alpha1 5.0 EFI, single battery on port side storage, 5 blade SS Hi5 Prop, hydrofoil bolted onto outdrive. Tower, board rack (on port side) also installed. It lists to port whether running or not.

Do I just ignore & put ballast the starboard side? Does anyone have similar issues with a similar model? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Ok, no takers so far, I understand similar questions have been asked on other threads.

Is there an inexpensive way to check my port side bulkheads? I want to make sure that water hasn't entered. My only thought is to drill holes from the ski locker. Is there a less invasive way to see if everything is in good shape on that side of the boat?
