99 DT150 Engine cover filling with water

Guys I need help. I have a 99 suzuki dt150 that fills the engine cover with water while it runs. It will do this with the muffs on or in the water. I can see the water running out from the motor under the intake. Is there water running through the intake? I know it has a expansion plug on top, is ther eone on the bottom? It will fill the lower cover to the top in no time. Please help. Thanks.

You will have to look and see where it is coming from. It should not be that hard to do as it happens even on muffs
