99 efi 140 stalls after excelerating

I have 99 Suzuki efi 140 that starts and idles great. But stalls after excelerating. It's like it runs out of gas.

some one sold me the wrong plugs once and this happened to me. they sold me non resistor plugs and said it was okay . It wasn t . the non resistor plugs messed with the electronic fuel injection . Maybe this is your problem

EFI ups the ante with any simple problem but you must stick with the basics. Your problem could be clogged fuel filter(s), mechanical fuel pump, tank anti-siphon valve, EFI computer, high pressure fuel pump, fuel regulator, or any number of things I haven?t thought of. Start with the basics like hooking up a small tank of fuel to the engine and running it. Check some parts like the filters and fuel pump. DO NOT change parts without knowing if they are bad. You will go bankrupt in a short time.
