99 mercury 150 oti max falls on face after i give it gas while in gear

Ive got a 99 mercury optimax 150 it will idle but after i put it in gear and hit the gas it stalls it has all new fuel pumps im confused any help is apreciated

Which Fuel pumps? Lift Pumps and electrical pumps?

I had replaced both electrical uelpums , new fuel filter, plugs and the mechanical fuel pump checked out good and compression checked out good when hooked up to a scanner it gives me a miscelanious code

Have you had a mechanic check the Fule/Air pressure ratios?
