99bayliner trophy walk around 21ft .Questions

I have a w/a 21 trophy w / 125hp mercury saltwater 2 stroke
the problem is it lean to the port side when iam driving it .also is hard to drive because it pulls to starboard side really hard to control . I have tried to adjust the tab above the prop to the left side didn't work . The boat sits flat and even on the water long as iam not driving it . Can' figure it out never had a problem like this before

The trim tab is turned to the side that the boat wants to turn to..

I tried to turn to it the right side same thing steering was not as tuff to turn though. It sits flat on the water when not moving or moving very slow . ??? Tried to trim it out even at different speeds no change
