The motor is running well but it's a bit rough at idle. Maybe its the nature of the beast but I have a hunch that its a sticking float or needle valve.
The carbs had been rebuilt last fall so I was surprised to find that all the bowl gaskets where wet when I replaced the fuel lines the other day. Not dripping or anything like that, just wet. I wiped them off with a rag and within a day or two they are wet again.
I'm going to drop the bowls to check the floats on several of them and I'm wondering if there is something that I can do to stop the wetness when I put them back together. Do I need new gaskets? Gasket sealer?
