My mom told me about seeing a large cabin cruiser being pulled up boat ramp to parking lot .and my mom was very close to it when it tipped to one side onto the pavement. She said could see a shocked persons face pressed up against small window on the side the cabin of the boat. I guess you had to be there. didn't get it on video.
