A couple of fishfinder questions.

First of all, now that I have 4 boats, my lone fishmark 320, and its single transducer are behind. I also have an old humminbird wide eye and am not sure if it works. If it does, I am gonna put the transducer on a removable bracket, and use it on the canoe. Depending on how much use the 12 footer gets now, I may take off the 320 ducer, and use the humminbird on it too. So, I will need either 1 or 2 more to have my boats all with a working ducer that I can swap units too. I am hoping to get a bow one, with a ducer on the TM, but the TM is swapped among the 3 boats, so it would only need one ducer.

One of my questions is, as I don't have a way of testing it yet, how much of a quality unit is the wide eye.

Secondly, what ducers would fit the fishmark 320s and 480s? I have seen some of the web pages that supposedly show that, but they just confused me. If I see someone selling the ducer from such and such unit, and don't know what others it fits, I need to know if it'll fit mine.

I am very pleased with the 320, so I don't want to change much, aside from maybe getting a 480, as it took me long enough to learn the stupid settings without having to read the book while fishing. I don't particularly want to change the button configuration. But, I would be alright with getting a better unit, so long as I don't have to spend much more than 125 used. Any suggestions?
