A funny thing happened coming home today.....

I purchased a 1989 Sea Ray 160BR 2 weeks ago. it's been in my driveway as I do a couple small repairs and detail the boat.

Come home from work today and the neighbor 3 houses down has a new boat in his drive way. It's a 1989 Sea Ray 160BR, same exact color as mine, same engine, everything.

What are the odds of that?

I mean I've always been a trend setter, but wow.

Yep.

I have neighbors who are copy cats. I put in new shrubs, they put in the same. I buy a new shed, they buy the same. They even come over and ask me where did I get the bushes or shed or tractor, etc.

But that is an odd coincidence about the boat.

Now go steal stuff off his boat before he does it to you.

Hopefully the trailer is different, so he doesn't wait for you to get it all detailed and pretty and then just swap the whole rig on you while you're off at work.

You can put money on that, my buddies neighbor comes over every time we're trying to go on the lake to offer "advice" and chat about what we've done to the boat recently. He routinely makes us an hour late.
