Very similar, but only for those in the officers lounge. At 5,000 you get a key to the Officers restroom, and at 10,000 I am told you get a 100% raise. There are a lot of percs to officership and advancing rank along the way.

I believe that at 5,000 posts you get a key to the Officers rest room and at 10,000 posts you get to use it and stop having to just clean it
