A little help on tracker restoration

I looked in the tracker forums with no luck so here goes..I bought a 1983 bass tracker tournament tx-17. It has a 1983 Mercury which runs good. Tralier in good shape. I knew it had a few issues wen I bought it but for 1,000 dollars i can live with some restoration. The bottom floors and decks are soft so today ut they came..In doing this I have found that the floatation foam sheets in the bottom are soggy somewhat an need to be replaced, or at least in my opinion. I knew it has a few leaky rivets and the rib down the middle leaks some as well, so I'm suspecting the wet foam from that. I purchased some Gluvit for the leaks as I hear it's great for that. Now the flotation foam..Will it need to be replaced? If so where can I get it or will the thick sheet foam from lowes work? Also in looking at the rear deck area, I pulled the 2 storage boxes on either side of the livewell(which is ok), because they were nasty and cracking..There is foam shot in under the back deck, around where the srorage boxes are and basically anywhere it could be shot. The part of the rear deck between the storage boxes and the edge of the boat are warped up. Not knowing before I tore into it, I assumed it was warped wood. No no...It looks like either fiberglass or aluminum, and the reason it has a warped up appearance is becaus when the flotation foam was shot inaround everything back there, too much was used and as it expanded out it pushed up the flooring of the deck..It swelled about 1 inch from where it should be flat..What would my best bet be for solving this problem???Would love to hear as many ideas as possible..Like I said i'm only in this 1,000 so Ican spend a little on it..I really can do about anything that needs to be done to it but would like to have a better grasp on what I'm up against from some of you who ave more experience..Thanks to all in advance..David in west Ky.

I bought my foam at uscomposites.com. It's a 2-part polyurethane foam and USCG approved for flotation in boats. The hotter the temp outside, the more it expands so do it on a hot day to get your money's worth. You can also warm up the components in a hot water bath before combining them.

Most of us drill holes 8" or so apart and mix the foam in plastic cups. You pour it in stages.

I really need sheet flotation foam for underneath the floor...Any suggestions without breaking the bank? It's about an inch and a half thick. Also suggestions on the back deck issue please...

Pink or blue sheet foam from Lowes/HD. Many on here have gone that route.
