Why was a jet ski tied to a bouie far from shore and covered with a black tarp? thats the stupidist thing I have ever heard of!

Reeks of "Criminal Negligence". I'd be looking into who the owner of that thing was, and collecting some reimbursement for lost wages and hospital bills... Maybe a little compensation for pain and suffering.
