A nouned verb

I usually hate to see nouns get verbed, but today I heard for the first time, in a business meeting, the verb "learning" get nouned. Two or three times so it couldn't have been an accident.

anybody else out there nouning verbs?

In the education field "learning" is often nouned to describe a skill or knowledge acquired.

Acquired how? By learning, of course.8)
