The Tinker was trippy tropping down the road one day on his way to ply his trade. ( Tinkers fixed peoples pots ant pans with sorder and a tiny hammer. In the days of old.) When he started across a bridge and a BIG BAD TROLL jumped up through a trap door and grabbed him by the scruff of the neck, Jerked him back through his trap door and was preparing the Tinker to eat. As the Troll built his fire under his people pot he discovered he had a hole in his people pot and the water was leaking out and extinguishing his fire.
The Tinker siezing upon this opertunity said "If you will spare my life I will repair your people pot at no charge" The Troll agreed and released the Tinker to ply his trade.
The Tinker built a fire and turned over the people pot and with his tiny hammer and his faithful roll of sorder he repaired the hole in the people pot in nothing flat.
The Troll then turned the people pot over and filled it with water and built a large fire under it. As the water came to a rolling boil he grabbed the tinker up by the neck and threw him into the pot. The tinker said "but you promised you wouldnt eat me if I repaired your people pot." To which the troll replied "So I lied"
Moral of the story is never trust a troll.
God I love that story, I just had to repost.
