Mariner/Yamaha
Serial Code: 689-S-235001
Year: 1993 (According to modellguide)
Any answers to any questions greatly appreciated.

1. I wanted to know which clymer/seloc service manual to buy, or which mariner shop manual or yamaha shop manual.

2. Whether the entire outboard was made by yamaha, or just the powerhead.

3. What Yamaha outboard it was based on?

4. Which Mariner parts list or yamaha parts list to use?

If it was a Yammie based outboard, then it is all Yammie.
But from my understanding, the '93 models were all Merc.
