So what Im trying to do is save some money by not actually having to buy controls for a Force outboard, but still use the Force. The boat had an older Suzuki DT140 and Suzuki controls. Now thankfully i have both ends of the Suzuki and the Force pigtails harness. So basically I'm just making an adapter similar to installing an aftermarket radio and not actually cutting the engine harness or the Suzuki control side harness. Ive got the throttle and shift control cables playing nice, but i have a hang up on the wiring.

Now I've got it 95% of the way done. The Force will Start, Trim is working. Electric choke is working, but the one thing i can't figure out is what wire is the kill wire on the Suzuki side. I know on the Force side its a Black with yellow stripe. Ground that wire and spark is killed. Now on the suzuki side i only have 3 wires left. Blue/white stripe, yellow/black stripe(i suspect this one, but cant confirm it from searching) and a blue/Brown stripe.

Figured it out. Its the green wire coming from the suzuki side. however when it passes through the pigtail it comes out the other side as the blue/brown for whatever reason. So now i have the kill safety features fully functional. Key switch can kill it. pulling the lanyard will kill it. and the Neutral safety is working.
