I have a 2009 25' Premier pontoon. It has 25" tubes with lifting strakes and a 150hp merc. Is there a business in michigan or anywhere that will convert my pontoon to a tritoon? Where would a buy a tube? What size would I want? Should I get a tube with a transom motor mount? Any help is greatly appreciated!

The first thing I would do is call the dealer and talk to them.

There is a product I believe called a water glide that can be added easily Don't know what sizes are available.
Hopefully someone here has experience with them.
They must have a web site.

I don't know if there are any companies specializing in this, and I would definitely check with the dealer to see if they have a ready made solution for adding a third pontoon. I recently bought a new third pontoon off the internet that had a motor pod already built in and added it to my 1997 pontoon and while it is a great improvement it was a good deal of work, and it is possible that moving the center pontoon forward or backwards would help it even more, but I am not experimenting with it now that it is all set up. As far as having a built in motor well or not I can see advantages in both. With a built in motor well you have a continuous pontoon, but you have to remove the old motor pod and remount the motor. If you can find a shorter pontoon you have less weight and length to deal with and it may be easier to move the pontoon forward or backwards to see if it can help the way it performs. You can search here to see what others have done and how long or short others think the 3 pontoon should be.

This being our 3rd toon I can honestly say that a triton takes rough water much better than our 2 toons did. We also have lifting strakes and they keep the front of the boat high & dry.

You would probably be better off trading in your boat on a triton rather than trying to modify it. I think you have a really nice package as is and don't really know why you want to change it, unless the ride isn't what you want.

Since you have strakes on twin tube already I'd leave well enough alone UNLESS
-You carry a HEAVY load all the time
-You take it on BIG water
-You want to give up 2-3mph top end as the 3rd will have more drag on the water for the 150hp to push
-You want it to bank on turns instead of lean out.
