Adding a starter to a 25hp merc currently with pull start

1986 25hp merc pull start. is it possible to add an electric starter to this motor? i see the mounting holes but DO NOT see a fly wheel. are the fly wheel teeth under that balance wheel at the top? (i don't know what else to call it). The wiring, key & battery i can do. any thoughts?

Several ways to go about it, the simplist is get a starter, solinoid, ring gear wiring and assorted fasteners or add to them a charging coil and rectifier. They maybe bought new in kit form or you could look around for a donor engine 18-20 or25
