Adding options later...

Does anyone have experience adding certain options that are normally "dealer installed"? Specifically, I'm looking at some used 14 to 16 foot aluminum V-hull utility boats, and the options I'm referring to are things like the vinyl floor and running lights, maybe side console. (these would be available if I bought the same boat new). Would dealers ever install these options into a used boat, for a reasonable fee? Would I be able to purchase these separately (e.g., a vinyl floor for a particular brand) from a dealer? I suppose anything is possible, but I'm not looking for a boat project, just a boat! Thanks and have a safe Memorial Day weekend.....don't forget to take time to reflect on those in our armed services who died to keep us free.

Any thing is possible with patience and some money.I really think your better off getting a boat with the options factory installed. I think it will save you time, money and aggravation.
On a quality boat the integrity will be better
than an after market hodge podge.
