Adding Starter to Tohatsu 40

Looking at getting a Tohatsu 40 94' model. It is a pull-start only. Other than the obvious (starter, solenoid, switch), what will I need for this add-on? Or can it be done? Thanks for your replies.

It comes as a kit and it is available from any Nissan or Tohatsu dealer.
