Adding tilt and trim to 50HP

I have a '74 50hp Evinrude. no trim, how hard is it to put a tilt and trim on this engine.

Very difficult to install the OEM type, if you can find one-doubtfull.<br /><br />You may be interested in a CMC unit.<br /><br />They are offered in Cabelas and other places.

cmc is built there in so. oklahoma youy can git one from the factory .\<br /><br />cook mfg .co. in duncan ok.

will i have to pull the motor off the transom mount to put one on. i have to pull it to change the steering tube to the other side. so maybe can kill 2 birds 1 stone.
