Adjusting low trolling speed??

I have a 2007 20hp Yamaha electric long shaft motor. My concern lies with my low trolling speed. The slowest I can get i to go on my 14' Lund is 2.0 mph.
I would appreciate info on how and where to adjust this to slow it down??

If the engine is idling down properly, then the prop is the only other method I know of to slow it down,
