advice for going to a 4 blade prop ?

hello,

my boat( in sig) runs great and all, but run you pile 5 people and a skier, i take longer to plane,

merc. 4.3L

I was wondering if a 4 blade prop would work.
Currently i have a 3 blade alum. 14.25x21p and was looking at a 4 blade alum 14x20p

Would this help?

My current specs are,

WOT RPM range 4400-4800
Top speed is 46mpg (GPS) @ 4600rpm

So i dont want to go too low in pitch cause it might over rev. the boat.

Any help?

Seems like a reasonable approach.The Solas Amita 4 bld.has been very predictable.
