Advice needed 2006 Ebbtide SE 180

Hi, Really need some advice here. I can buy a 2006 Ebbtide SE 180 with 4.3 GL motor and Volvo outdrive for $12,000. Includes factory Bimini top, DHE trailer painted to match. Saw it and it's immaculate all around. Clean title. Good buy? Don't know much about the brand. Where to look to check the hours? It would be replacing my 1995 Chris Craft 18 concept with Cobra 5.0/OMC. Thanks in advance.

Good power for that size boat. Never heard anything but good things about Ebbtides. I just don't know about the price. Sounds high for that size boat but I don't know what it went for new.

Thanks for the input. The seller says she paid $27K new plus the trailer. Not sure if the $27 included TTL or not. She has the original docs. I will verify that when I take it on the river for a test run. Price includes all the toys, vests, fenders, skis, inflatables, the trailer with a collapsable front end, and a new cover still in the box. It's been garaged the entire time and looks like a showroom boat. No stains, rips, tears, weird smells. If it goes well with the test run, I think we're gonna get it. Now I'll have to get the Chris Craft ready to sell!

I don't believe that is a high price should be about average to low. Ebbtide has a very good rep around here for performance and quality. I know you will see a difference in fuel consumption for the better.

Got the C-C home from the storage lot today and commenced to shining her up. Hope to sell her for around half of what we'll pay for the Ebbtide. Plan to get the Ebbtide out on the water this week for a run. We're 95% committed to it at this point. Comments above much appreciated.

With the additional info, I'd say that's a pretty darn good deal. Don't let that one get away.
