Advice on a used Tiara

I have an opportunity to get a 2012 Tiara 3100 Coronet with 25 hours on it for $100,000 less than original retail price.
Does that sound like a fair deal?
The turntable in the microwave still has the plastic and paper wrap on it and many of the extras that come with it are still in original packaging. This guy just didn't use the boat hardly at all.

most people dont use their larger boats. they are floating party decks moored to a dock.

if you need a Tail Lift, contact Florida Bow Thrusters, they rep the Nautical Structures tail lifts which were also factory from Tiara.
