Motor is a 115 hp 1970 mercury 6 cyl outboard. The boat (17.6 Glassmate) is in great shape, but I need to put the new wood in for floor. Has 15 gallon aluminum tank that has the smell of old gas. What do i need to do to flush the tank to clean it, and what do I need to do to the motor to start it after it's been sitting a while?
