Advice on Replacing floor in Larson 206 sei

Hi. I am a newbie to this forum and looking for some advice on replacing a floor in a 97 Larson 206 sei. There are a few soft spots and am sure I need to do all the plywood. Has anyone done this before? What kind of a job am I in for? Any advice? All replies will be appreciated. Thanks.
