advice please 1998 v4

we have a 1998 evenrude 90 hp v4. it has about 350 hrs. on it.it's on a 1998 sunbird br. the top right cylinder spark plug was bent over. why would this happen ?

I assume you mean the ground electrode was bent over or pushed in.

Bad bearing, broken ring or something else passing through where it shouldn't.

If it is the ground electrode than something in that cylinder has some excess play in it.
Stupid questions, are they all the same plugs ??? and if so are they the correct plugs ???? and if so do they all have the sealing washer in place.
