I almost bought one, but saw one in person and was not too happy. I had this one on my Nautique and you could not take the frame down you just roll up the bimini to the front of the frame and put it in a boot:

Aerial as you can see in the first pic is pretty much the same only a beefier frame, but it still stays up on the tower and you take off the cover:

So I order it and installed it today. The cover is really nice and the frame seems pretty beefy. My only complaint would be the hardware. Some of the hex bolts should come with lock washers. Also there are 2 flathead screws that really should be a hex bolts with lock washers.

Test run tomorrow!

Let us know how it turns out for you. I modified a bimini to fit my tower and it works fine however I am interested in how it turns out for you. Everything on my tower is Aerial so I know they build quality stuff so it should be fine, but let us know either way and pics would be greatly appreciated........

Took the boat out earlier for about an hour. The top does not move or rattle at full speed (50 mph). I am really pleased with it. It is way more sturdy that the tower itself which wobbles side to side in roucher waters.

Checked all the bolts after I brought it home and all was still tight. Locktite ftw.

i bought the aerial tower bimini and was not happy at all. quality is great, engineering is crap....
mine came loose at the front going just 35mph..... buyer beware....

Sorry to hear that Bob, that stinks! Was it hardware or the canvas that came loose?
