So, I'm hearing that the Rhina brand is the best bang for the buck??? Thoughts/experiences?

Can you not reset the ECU in anyway?

Small, compact, does it all, you can read it in the sunlight (Unlike most laptops). Even Mercruiser and Volvo recommend it it in their manuals.
