I would like to extend the swim platform on the back of my Glastron 20' Bowrider.

Please recommend any online sites to purchase one a after marked swim platform.

Thanks.

One of the best providers and makers of swim platforms in the entire country is only about 10 miles from you. www.swimplatforms.com

I got mine there and would highly recommend them. They had not done a boat like mine before so they offered to do the install for free in exchange for taking photos and posting them on their website. This is mine, the photos on the top>> http://swimplatforms.contentpros.ne...Ray/SeaRay175180Sport/tabid/2689/Default.aspx

Fantastic job that looks like a factory addition. Took them about 4 hours.

Yes I notice they are local to me. I wonder if they allow pickup so I dont have to pay shipping charge. I asked for a price quote

Thanks.

I asked them that question too and yes, they allow it. In my opinion though, the install cost is worth every penny. Looking in the engine compartment, I have no idea how they reached some of the areas they put bolts and nuts and backing plates. It would be a very time consuming job, on my boat anyway.

I have no intention of installing it myself.

Thanks for comments.

Re: After Market Swim Platform

I just got my boat "Thursday" back with the new installed Swim Platform from http://www.swimplatforms.com/. The Turn around time from order to installation was two weeks. Their service is Top Knotch. Even though it nearly killed me to pay $1500 for everything including installation, it sure is a nice addition to my boat.

I will post picts soon.

Thanks.
