May be just a rant but what recourse (if any) does a trusting dummy have on a *****hole who sold you a boat & lied his ***** off about said boat & (mostly) motor condition
Particualars are mostly lied about new water pump installed-
Motor has a REAL problem with reverse-
I'm finding basicly the motor was thrown togather from parts to sell the boat

Beings your in Texas, you may be with in your rights to shoot him..
But as for the rest of us, i think its buyer be ware...

I have made some bad buys in my time, Prime example, the truck im driving right now. But I think, as with all things, we just learn from it and move on.

Recourse? It is more like rear intercourse and now you know why you need to get a survey when you buy a boat...

Small claims and if the dollar amount is high enough civil court, if it says "as is where is" anywhere on the sales receipt your out of luck.
