Aftermarket Lower Units

Anyone had any experiences with the SEI aftermarket lower units? I know some aftermarket stuff is fine and some isn't?

On a scale of 1-10 they are a 8.. I still sell them but will not deal with any warranty issues,leave that to customer to fight with.
