aftermarket pump kit

I got a after market water pump kit for my 76' 200hp sea horse. The housing it came with has no seal to go around the drive shaft like the original. Has anyone had any issues with a pump like this with no seal? I can see a gap around the shaft when i slide it over it and i would assume quite a bit of water is going to escape.

Yeah thats the one. I allready took it back and ordered the factory kit. The factory pump has a pressure seal that goes around the shaft. Thanks for the link, i payed 20 bucks more than than the listed price there. Oh well hopefully this new one will work and i can get back to fishing because its red hot right now!
