I'm trying to find out how old this motor is and if it is worth keeping. It is a Johnson model# 210 and serial# 277493. This motor was purchased new by my late grandfather many years ago. It has two spark plug's ( one on each side of the motor ) and starts by a rope that you must wrap around the pully on the top. This motor does run but poorly. It also needs to have the propeller replaced due to the fact that my grandfather hit a rock in shallow water back in the early 90's. Any help with information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank's

Bigred

210 is a 3.3HP 1937 Model. Parts for that old of motor may be hard to come by. Might try Here or Here or Here for parts.
