how adjust mixture air fuel on all four carburator on my johnson 130? any advice?

The fist thing is a sync & link check, then go by the service manual. Don't make any adjustment's until you know everything else is correct.

Agreed. You shouldn't need to adjust it. What's it doing or not doing that you'd like to change?

What's the complete model number?

last owner try adjust everyting on engine,what is problem- after I drivening about 10 min,then stay(engine turn off) 5 min,when I start engin work ok at idle,then i try acelerate engine turn off,if i want acelerate i must stay min 1-2 minute -engine work on idle,then go ok,or i put key-activate primer solenoid-then acelerate ok ,ignitio time is ok,I carburator rebild,i think that fuel-air mixture not good.-what you think about this problem?

Clockwise to seat lightlly then 3.5 turns out.

Be sure that all of your hoses are clamped tightly first.
