Anyone install one of these and had good luck with it ? I know they're poo poo'd over at OSO.

Theres nothing wrong with that pump

They are a good high pressure pump, and Airtex did make and may still make pumps for Merc. Only difference is the black paint. As for OSO, it all depends on who you talk to. If you get the 650+ HP guys, they only want Weldon, Aermotive and maybe one more.

Have to remember OSO is mostly high dollar boys and their toys. Most the other guys just let them talk and only comment when there is a need

Thanks, I like the price, but looking at the labor end, don't want to do this every 2 years.

I have a used one which was installed on my 509 during rebuild in 2015, and it has no issue keeping my 530HP motor going
