Hey where is all the Alabama boaters? What lake you guys on? Lets see your Boat.

I'm from Anniston, Logan Martin is my main water hole. I like to put in at Pell City park, I can leave the wife and kids when they get grumpy.

Logan-Martin.

Pontoon, Crownline, Whaler. Two homes on the lake (family). One up near the Pell City Civic Center, the other not far from the dam.

Our "Hot Rod" 26' Crownline Bowrider. 7.4L MPI-Bravo III drive. Captains Choice exhaust.

You might see/hear brother and I going for a "blast" in the Crown, at times. When we're out, may be running 50+ MPH with the exhaust open. Usually, just cruising.

We have a plant there. i am usually there 3 or 4 times a year for a couple of weeks or so. Always admire the boating you have down there. Been tempted to bring our boat a couple of times !!

Nice boat Dj, I believe I've seen that thing come zipping by, then shes gone.

Kenmyfam, the best thing I like about Logan is the islands. There are at both ends of the lake. We have bon-fires, BBQ have really good time. Kids can get and stretch their legs, swim. I done got pretty hammered a few time and just crashed out there for the night.

one thing to remember, If you put in at PELL CITY PARK They close the park @ 8pm, yes the also lock the lock the gate no one to call to come open it until 7 am

Going into my 3rd season as a boater. We mainly go to Lake Eufaula and last summer we spent a week at Lake Martain (real nice). Wife left holding the line again... lol.

I've been trying to get to Lake Eufaula, but it's a ride for us have to make a weekend out of it if we go.

I might well be down there with the boat sometime in late June / early July as I think I will be spending about 3 weeks there. My company has an apartment in Rainbow City that I stay at. I enjoy my time there, you folks in Alabama are great people. Some of our plants in different locations I go because I have to. In Alabama I enjoy it. Mrs Ken also comes down for a stay while I am there as she loves the summer weather you have.
How far from Gadsden are you ???

Gadsden is pretty large I'm south of there in Anniston I guess maybe 30-45 minutes. Rainbow city is nice area along the lake. Keep in touch and we will hook up and I'll show you around. I'll bring the wife and kids.
