Alarm going off

Hi Guys
I just had my 120hp 91 Johnson in for a tuneup , carb rebuild and impeller replaced
I had a problem before this with a solid alarm at trolling speed
I was just out on the water and the alarm went off again at trolling speed
The oil injector has been taken out and I mix 50:1
The stream looked good so I'm a little confused and your help would be appreciated

Has the oil tank been remove and the wiring disconnected ??

Disconnect the tan wires on the temp senders on the cyl heads once and see what happens.

What will this do when I disconnect the tan wire ?

The temp senders ground out when the mtr overheats and causes the horn to go off. If you have a shorted one to ground it will sound all the time.

Sorry Boobie , I should have mentioned that it came on after an hour of trolling
I can run the motor at mid to high speed but after trolling for awhile it goes off

You may want to get a temp gun and check the mtr temp when the horn goes off. Even though you had the water pump replaced, you could still have a cooling prob.
