Started the boat this morning but within 30 seconds she shut down. When I went to restart, wouldn't turn over or even click. Then leaving switch on started with an intermittent buzzing alarm that would not stop. Checked batteries, both where outputting correct voltage. Which I thought was the cause of this type of alarm. Checked voltage to starter which was ok. Any suggestions?
