It's funny,
You always hear of lives being lost because of alcohol.
But you never hear of how many lives begin because of alcohol!!!

well since ya brought it up i got to tell this one.

i had a fish fry about oh 6 years back. had a couple kegs 40 people and 30 lbs of fried catfish and other fixings. later that evening a young friend went out and cheated on his girl. and everybody found out because she got pregnant. and the best part of the story is i started calling the baby catfish. since it was a catfish fry.

guess what? the name stuck. hes 6-7 and they still call him catfish.:facepalm:

My DD was in Germany ay back when and they have a superstition over there, that woever has the last drop of wine out of a bottle will get pregnat. Well after a skydive compettition they all went out for drinks. DD served the bottle of wine and a femal member of the group finished off the bottle. A good natured comment was made about her getting the last drop and becoming a mother.

A few weeks later at another event the same lady came up to DD and not so very poiltely told him the last drop of wine worked more than was really expected. She was now going to be a mother.
