Alignment tool measurements.

Just printed out the measurements for the alignment tool which Don S pointed out was in the adult only thread.
Thanks Don.
Am now off to my garage to start making.

Just want to clarify that on the print just after the 1.150 diameter goes up to 1.375 is it a .060 radius then a .060 45 degree chamfer on top of that? and after the 1.375 diameter is that a reduction before the handle? and what is the optimal length for the handle @ least 18 inches I would think? please advise as I would like to turn one this week. Thanx in advance.

Either one will work, all it does is keeps the end of the 1.375 diameter from getting dinged and not going into the gimbal bearing.
The step down at the handle end of the 1.375 dia. is not necessary at all, anything after the 3.750 length is called handle. Make it any length you want.
