Alpha 1 Gear Lube in U-Joint Bellows

I pulled my drive off to change bellows and found milky gear lube lying in my bellows. I've read I need a new oil seal in my drive. I'm gonna have a marine shop repair the seal. Any ideas on a fair price?.... Also what else should I look for?...

carrier seal $16.00 ish
Upper seal kit $33.00 ish
yoke (if grooved by the seal) $185 ish
labor 2-4 hrs.(depends on the corrosion factor)
Without seeing the damaged parts a "estimate" is impossable to give.

I do those all day long he's right on the price exept the yokes have gone up alot in price this last year. Also this would be a good time to do your gimble bearing and u-joints as well as probally thee bellows depending on when this was done it would be a good time.

I might go with a SEI drive before I put alot of money into the old alpha. Thoughts?
