Alpha gen1. How much prop spin in Neutral at higher engine rpms?

Wondering what's typical / normal?

My 2001 4.3l alpha gen1 when in neutral and at 1500-2200rpms the prop will spin.. This is out of water with rabbit ears on. Unknown if in water with water resistance if the prop would move.

Ayuh,... That's just the drag of the oil against the gears,...

Perfectly normal...
