alpha one clicking noise

we have a 93 bayliner with 3.0 and alpha one outdrive hear clicking noise coming from out drive at idle and higher speeds when turning all the way to the right , nothing when turning to left , is there an internal u-joint or knuckle that needs to be greased ?

Ayuh,... It's Supposed to be serviced Annually.....
